How we measure a Northern Lights sighting / non sighting : If you can see the lights with your own naked eyes or only fainted green line for a short time, that is a northern light sighting. Non sighting could be for example if we can only see the lights through our camera, not with our own eyes.
We do not offer refunds, whether partial or full, for tours where a sighting was not possible.

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings can't be guaranteed. However, we commit to giving you the best chance possible. If the lights elude us, we offer a free re-try valid for two years. Please note, re-tries are subject to tour availability.
Aurora Experts reserves the right to cancel tours as late as 6:30 pm if the weather isn't conducive to viewing. We prioritize your experience, and our honest decision will be communicated to all our guests via email by 6:30 pm on the day of the tour.
